Our professional and dedicated installation team work hard to to ensure high standards are met. They are respectful to guests privacy and aim to be discreet.
In some instances we are even able to provide free installation as part of our comprehensive support and maintenance contract.
We are also able to collect guest data (including email addresses) for marketing and promotions.
Our dedication to our customers carries on post installation as part of our support contract. We monitor our High Speed Internet Access solutions remotely, checking at regular intervals that devices on our networks are working to full capacity. Our support engineers respond quickly and work tirelessly to bring lapsed systems back to full health.
We provide weekly PDF reports to designated management staff, detailing revenue income, system usage, data transfer and marketing information–with guest names and email addresses.
To conclude our installation we spend time familiarising front of house staff with the new service, showing them how intuitive and easy it is for guests to find and connect to the High Speed Internet System by demonstrating the payment and authorisation process.
We supply informative walk-through guides for guests to ensure getting connected to the network is simple.
